Auburn is a township in Geauga County (ZIP 44023), about 40 minutes from our shop at 7401 Ravenna Rd in Concord Township. Founded 1814 by Bradley and Snow families of New Hampshire; unincorporated rural farm township with no municipality within it. Airlock Insulation has been dense-packing cellulose into Geauga County attics and walls for years, and Auburn homes are a regular stop for our crews.
What we see in Auburn homes. unknown specific housing-stock data; township is unincorporated and rural, consistent with Geauga County’s large-lot farm and rural-residential pattern. Houses from that era were typically built with little or no wall insulation and thin, settled attic insulation, so the biggest wins in Auburn are usually a dense-pack wall injection, air sealing the attic floor, and bringing the attic up to R-49 or better with blown-in Nu-Wool cellulose.
Whether you’re near Free Will Baptist Church of Auburn (historic), Auburn Corners, SR 422 or anywhere else in Auburn, the process is the same: a free in-home consultation, an itemized quote, and most jobs finished in a single day.
Nearby communities we also serve: Bainbridge, Russell Township, Newbury, Troy Township, Aurora.
