Hunting Valley Ohio Blown-In Cellulose Insulation Professionals

Hunting Valley is a village in Cuyahoga County (ZIP 44022), about 35 minutes from our shop at 7401 Ravenna Rd in Concord Township. An affluent, low-density estate community in the Chagrin Valley, incorporated as a village in 1924 from former Orange Township land; one of the wealthiest localities in Ohio. Airlock Insulation has been dense-packing cellulose into Cuyahoga County attics and walls for years, and Hunting Valley homes are a regular stop for our crews.

What we see in Hunting Valley homes. Dominated by large early-to-mid 20th century estates and horse farms on multi-acre lots, including notable mansions such as Roundwood Manor (built 1923) and Halfred Farms; homes are generally large, custom-built, and often close to a century old. Houses from that era were typically built with little or no wall insulation and thin, settled attic insulation, so the biggest wins in Hunting Valley are usually a dense-pack wall injection, air sealing the attic floor, and bringing the attic up to R-49 or better with blown-in Nu-Wool cellulose.

Whether you’re near Roundwood Manor, Squire Valley View Farm (Case Western Reserve property), University School upper campus or anywhere else in Hunting Valley, the process is the same: a free in-home consultation, an itemized quote, and most jobs finished in a single day.

Nearby communities we also serve: Moreland Hills, Orange Village, Pepper Pike, Woodmere.
