Timberlake is a village in Lake County (ZIP 44095), about 20 minutes from our shop at 7401 Ravenna Rd in Concord Township. Tiny lakefront village on Lake Erie, almost entirely surrounded by the city of Eastlake; occupies just 0.21 sq mi. Airlock Insulation has been dense-packing cellulose into Lake County attics and walls for years, and Timberlake homes are a regular stop for our crews.
What we see in Timberlake homes. Dense small-lot residential village, 307 housing units as of 2010 census (~1,462 units/sq mi), one of the highest housing densities in the area. Specific construction era/architectural style unknown. Houses from that era were typically built with little or no wall insulation and thin, settled attic insulation, so the biggest wins in Timberlake are usually a dense-pack wall injection, air sealing the attic floor, and bringing the attic up to R-49 or better with blown-in Nu-Wool cellulose.
Whether you’re near Lake Erie waterfront, Lakeline (adjacent village providing sole road access) or anywhere else in Timberlake, the process is the same: a free in-home consultation, an itemized quote, and most jobs finished in a single day.
Nearby communities we also serve: Eastlake, Lakeline, Willoughby, Wickliffe.
